TITAN ENERGY MARKETING provides digital marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. TITAN ENERGY MARKETING retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent.
TITAN ENERGY MARKETING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
